The Demography Lecture Series kicks off the fall 2017 semester with Dr. Marc Garcia of the University of Texas Medical Branch. Dr. Garcia’s will talk about the age of migration, disability, and cognitive impairment among older Mexican-Americans. His research centers broadly on health disparities across the life course.
