Spirituality and Healthcare Conference: Healing Our Fractured Healthcare

October 12th | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Lectures & Workshops (There is a charge for the all-day conference: REGISTER HERE)

Dr. Zitter will provide a screening of her Academy Award nominated film, Extremis, and keynote presentation and Q&A with attendees. Copies of her book, Extreme Measures: Finding a Better Path to the End of Life will be signed and available to attendees.

Dr. Jessica Nutik-Zitter is a national advocate for improving the way people die in America. She practices the unique combination of Critical and Palliative Care medicine at Highland Hospital, a public hospital in Oakland, California.    “Required reading for every young medical student and every family member wondering how to help the people they love live well to the end.” – Ellen Goodman
