12th Annual Native American Film Screening: AWAKE

August 17, 2017 @ 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm


“While many may know the details, AWAKE, A Dream from Standing Rock captures the story of Native-led defiance that forever changed the fight for clean water, our environment and the future of our planet.”

Light refreshments will be available. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., a short film will proceed ‘AWAKE’ at 7 p.m.

A brief Q&A will follow the conclusion of the film. The Peace and Dignity Journey local organizing committee will also give an update on the Spirit run many of you supported.

Donations to the Peace and Dignity Journey organization are welcome to help support the runners’ final leg of the intercontinental run.

The content in Awake does show violence and use adult words, viewer discretion is advised.
